TikTok Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE.
Eligibility
Must be an AGB Customer.
Must live in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Sponsorship
The sponsor is Always Guarded Boutique “AGB” ("Sponsor"). Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
These Giveaway's are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok.
Agreement to Rules
By entering our Giveaway(s), you agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
By entering this Giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of our Giveaways.
Giveaway Entry Period(s): Our Giveaways begin on date announced (Date to be specified on TikTok) and end on date announced (Date to be specified on TikTok) at 11:59pm PST (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway(s), entries must be received within the specified Entry Period on TikTok.
How to Enter
Eligible participants can enter the Giveaway(s) on TikTok by completing the below:
- Follow Us on TikTok.
- Like & Comment on Giveaway post (only).
- Share Giveaway post.
- Must be an AGB Customer.
you must fully meet all Giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prize
The Winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will recieve a gift that Sponsor showcases on TikTok platform. The prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner requet the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner's likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without furhter compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning
The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Selection and Notification of Winner
The Winner will be selected by a random drawing. The Sponsor will notify the Winner via TikTok post on the next day the Giveaway ends.
The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner's failure to recieve notice on TikTok.
If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time the award notification was announced, or 2) is found ineligble, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
Receipt of the prize (offered in the Giveaway) by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL
RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Restrictions
Due to state laws and regulations, if winner lives in the following states; Alaska, Hawaii, Massachussetts, and New York will not recieve pepper spray with winning pize.
